You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not required to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
You are considered to have met the deadline if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the trader with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect and assess the product, we may charge you for the resulting diminished value. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
If the product and/or product packaging is damaged, we may charge a diminished value of at least 25%. Shipping labels attached directly to the original packaging are also considered packaging damage. Therefore, please always use an additional shipping box when returning a product.
