www.BatteryDeals.eu supplies both private customers and certified installers affiliated with a solar or installation-related industry organization.

Do you also sell outside the Netherlands?
BatteryDeals.eu also delivers its products internationally. When placing your order, please indicate where you would like the goods to be delivered.

Can I add a specific delivery time to my order?
At BatteryDeals.eu, it is possible to add a time-specific delivery to your order.
For the Netherlands, we offer the following delivery time slots, available Monday to Friday:
1-hour delivery window: €125
2-hour delivery window: €100
4-hour delivery window: €80
For Belgium, we offer the following delivery time slots, available Monday to Friday:
1-hour delivery window: €200
4-hour delivery window: €120

Can I also collect my order?
Yes, absolutely.
You are very welcome to visit our showroom. We are open **Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM**, by appointment only.

When will my order be delivered?
At BatteryDeals.eu, our policy is: **orders placed before 3:30 PM today will be delivered on the next working day**, provided the product is in stock. Our sales team is available **Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM** to process your orders.
For the delivery of our products, we work with **Van Dobbe Transport**. Deliveries by Van Dobbe Transport are made on the specified delivery date between **8:00 AM and 5:00 PM**, unless a time-specific delivery has been requested.
Once your order has been processed and collected by the carrier, you will receive an email from the transport company with the status of your delivery and an estimated delivery time.
Someone must be present to receive the goods. If the order cannot be delivered because no one is available to receive it, we will be obliged to charge you for the costs of a second delivery.

Can I have my order delivered to a different location?
You can have your order delivered to a different location. When placing your order, simply provide the delivery address where you would like the order to be delivered, and we will take care of the rest.
Do you also deliver on weekends?
Unfortunately, Batterydeals.eu does not offer weekend delivery. However, you can choose a morning delivery on Monday so that you receive your order in the morning.
