You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs. The costs of returning the product from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel and €90 per pallet. Please check your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect and assess the product, we may charge you for the resulting diminished value. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
